A circle is a dynamic shape, which in itself is at the base of most forms. Its contours are unbroken, smooth and free from obstacles, wholesome.

I chose to use a circle to symbolise myself and my work as a representation of an all encompassing approach to life. A circle is the connecting link between what is inside and what is outside. A circle is soft in its appearance, yet it is a strong structure, all the high pressures it supports are evenly distributed around its surface.

A circle appears to be still and motionless yet it is in constant movement in a way that is imperceptible to our consciousness. Change is a constant flow, even if imperceptible to our consciousness.

The circle is whole, the circle is here and now, but it represents everything that has been and everything that it will come to be.

Learning and Organisational Development need not mean performance and productivity to the expense of health or vice-versa; a balanced approach means you can "Develop potential for health and productivity".
